I still miss this. It's hard to find the oyster omelette aka "OH CHIEN" in Sarawak.
The best ones I've had so far are the ones in Singapore, Hatyai and Penang. The eggs tend to taste a lot better. In Miri (this is where I am from) , it's pretty hard to find oyster omelette and restaurants that make oyster omelette do not do a good job. It's either a lot of flour that is added into the mix.
We went to Red Garden Food Paradise
A couple of hours prior to this we were in a van. We had an afternoon of good sleep. Super duper exhausted.

We had a couple of days tour in Hatyai and now we were back in Penang.
My wife found this place. We got ourselves a car and headed here for dinner. Red Garden paradise is located in the heart of Georgetown, Penang. The food court opens from 5pm to 1am.
This is a popular tourist destination here in Penang.
The first thing I noticed while I was here is the huge variety of stalls located here in this food court.
There was also a stall that specializes in Thai food.
We were there for the oyster omelette.
I've had oyster omelettes for so many days prior to being here but I still had to had more of it.
Ambience
Welcoming ambience inside here. The large spaces. Quite colourful.
This is the oyster omelette stall that we visited. This was a place that was visited too by the late Anthony Bourdain.
Wow.. this outdoor food court just looks so vibrant.
I guess I was early so most tables here at this point of time were still empty.
Finally, oyster omelette had arrived.
Well needed fuel after a couple of days of strolling around the city.

Superb. The egg just hits about right. The crispiness level of the egg and the flour. Not too thick.

After our dinner, it was time to head to Gurney plaza and stroll around the mall. Our last night in Penang. We were heading back to Sarawak.
