ASEAN Hive Community Challenge #83
Finding Yellow Everywhere!
Hello there! Today is Sunday, November 12th, 2023, and in Malaysia, we are celebrating the Deepavali holiday. When I woke up this morning, I stumbled upon a post by in this community that immediately caught my attention with its yellow title and picture.
I've decided to challenge myself to find anything yellow today, so I started by wearing a Punjabi suit that my in-law tailored for me a few years ago. I'm happy to say that it still fits me perfectly!
This yellow Punjabi suit is one of my favorites, and I won't be giving it away to anyone because it holds a lot of meaning to me. And since it's Deepavali, I won't be hesitate to wear this suit for the occasion.
Today, I promised my two sons that I would take them to the cinema to watch a movie. By the afternoon, the three of us were ready and waiting for our ride.
We arrived at the cinema around 5 PM, and the movie was set to start at 5:30 PM. We decided to watch The Marvel's. After purchasing our tickets, we went to the next counter and bought some drinks, popcorn, and chips.
We had some free time before the cinema hall opened, so I took the opportunity to capture some of the yellow things around me. Luckily, there was a big yellow wall with the cinema signboards, which was perfect for taking pictures. I must say, this place was designed for people to take photos while visiting here. What a great idea!
We went in and watched the movie until 7 PM. Once it finished, I took a Grab ride back home. While waiting, I asked my son to take some pictures of me. I hope his camera skills are fantastic! So, what do you think guys? 😜
When we arrived home, I asked my mother to take us to the night market because I was too lazy to cook. So, we went out again and drove to the nearest night market in our housing area.
As you can see, these are all the yellow things that I found at the night market, which may fit the challenge for this week in the ASEAN Hive Community hosted by our friend .
With that, I end my writing here with some thoughts and a warm wish to the community for a happy weekend. We don't know how long we will be able to be around. Life is unpredictable, and we should cherish every moment we have with our loved ones. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog.
