Good morning! It's time for another day of daily activities. Starting at 6 am, I'll get myself ready, wash my face, brush my teeth, and then it's time to quietly drive to the market without telling the kids. Because if they find out, that means I'll spend more money! It's been raining a lot lately, both in the mornings and at night, but the mornings are always cool and pleasant. I drove to the market and saw the sunrise, a big red sun not far away. I took some pictures of the atmosphere to accompany my writing today, hehe, just my usual style, nothing more. After that, I walked into the market. Oh, I took another picture.
The morning market didn't have much to offer, mostly fresh vegetables. There was a wide variety to choose from, but the shops I needed weren't there. No problem, once I got what I needed, I went home. I drove slowly, enjoying the cool weather, no rush. But strangely, when I got home, I felt weak. I don't know why. I had a fever earlier, but it had improved, leaving only a slight sore throat, runny nose, and nasal congestion. Most people just buy medicine to treat their symptoms and then, once they feel better, they go back to their normal lives without getting a medical checkup. But today, I feel weak and inexplicably aching.

Feeling unwell, I quickly finished a few small tasks. Afterward, I ate a quick and easy snack – steamed buns and Milo. Then I took my medicine and went to bed to rest until evening. When I felt better and the pain subsided, I went downstairs to be with the children. I bought several vegetables and planned my menu for the day. I quickly prepared the vegetables; today I'll be making stir-fried pumpkin with eggs. I'm also making another dish that's good for blood nourishment – the children love it, and I like it too. I stir-fry it with just a little oyster sauce, which gives it a delicious flavor. I'm also making steamed fish with soy sauce, a special dish for my father-in-law. We have this almost every day because he's getting old. And finally, I have pork chili paste, one of my favorite dishes. After feeling weak, eating this gives me strength – I don't know where it comes from! Maybe it's because I've been familiar with chili paste since childhood; it's a delicious, traditional dish. Eating my favorite food really helps me regain my strength. In summary, even though I didn't have much energy today, I was still able to cook and do other tasks as usual. My life is so strong! Thank you so much, friends, for reading my article today. See you again in the next article.
