Tuesday is a day of taste, every Tuesday I try to share something special with the community just as I cook for home. Because I try to share what I like with everyone, so that others like me can make their days more enjoyable.
So you understand that I am coming up with a taste day on Tuesday and again with a new taste recipe. Yes, Today I will share a different kind of taste and healthy recipe. Look, maybe everything we eat tastes good, but maybe not everything is healthy enough. And I'm always worried about this health issue.
For one thing, all around us now is just adulterated and adulterated. And the biggest challenge now is to stay healthy by eating adulterated food. To win this challenge we need to be more aware and more caring about food. Only then will we be able to keep ourselves healthy in the midst of this veg.
My today's taste recipe is curry with shrimp and Bitter melon. It's a little different because maybe many people don't like Bitter melon but like shrimp. However, you must take a good look at my post to know this recipe of taste. I learned this recipe from my mother. she always cooked it very perfectly, it is more tasted and good to eat.
We call it bhaji because there is no broth in this dish. It is a very dry type of cooking and takes very little time. This dish will definitely enhance your taste buds, especially if you love to eat shrimp, then this special dish is a must check. Maybe you will fall in love with this special dish after eating for the first time.
For this special flavored recipe I used today Bitter melon, shrimp, onion, raw chilli, coriander leaves, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and oil. These are always at our fingertips and are always available in the kitchen room.
I started the recipe by putting a pan in the oven and adding some oil in it. When it is hot, I grate the onion, then tan it with raw chilli, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt.
After the spices were mixed, I added the cleaned shrimps and mixed well with the spices. I have fried it a bit so that the taste increases a little. Because Bitter melon is a bit bitter, not everyone will want to eat if it does not taste.
Then I sliced the Bitter melon with the spices and tried to mix it with the spices and shrimp. Then I cooked for quite some time. Because the Bitter melon have to be given a chance to be boiled, in this case if they are covered with a lid, they are boiled quickly.
Then I mixed coriander leaves with them and cooked all the ingredients for some more time. When the Bitter melon and shrimp are well cooked, I take them down.
