Happy Friday everyone, hope everybody is well.
I'm fine today, although today's temperature is feeling a little higher. Honestly we are having a hard time right now because now is the rainy season but there is no rain in the sky, very bright sky but bright sun, very unbearably hot. Staying healthy in such situations is a big challenge for us, yet we try to stay as good as possible and stay safe.
Just a few days ago there was a lot of rain here, a lot of water coming down due to the mountain slope and causing unintended floods. Many areas of our country are submerged in water and millions of people are living a miserable life. To be honest, we have nothing to do with unforeseen environmental events, which is why we have all tried to deal with the situation together and keep life moving.
However, today was a good day except for the hot weather, so everything is fine. Hopefully, when the rains start again, the environment will cool down and the heat level will decrease. Meteorological office says it will be hot like this for next two days then rain will start, we are waiting for that rain.

But since today is Friday, it means our weekly holiday. So I will share with you a wonderful recipe as always. Yes, this is a delicious fish roe recipe, but with this fish roe I have tried adding Snake gourd to make it tastier.

Cooking materials:
- Fish roe
- Snake gourd
- Onions
- Raw peppers
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- Oil.
Cooking preparation



First I heated a pan in the oven and then poured some oil and chopped onion and added it. I tried to fry the onions lightly.




Then I gave all the masalas in quantity and tried to grind them with light water. Then I added the fish eggs with them and covered it with a lid.



Then I removed the lid and cooked for some time and sliced snake gourd on them.



Then I mixed the snake gourd slices with spices and covered them again with a lid for some time. Then I sprinkled cumin powder on top.


Then cooked for some more time to blend the spices and then took them off.

Our special taste of today's cooking has been made, the excellent taste combination of Snake gourd with fish eggs. I cook almost like this with the taste in mind.
