Today is our weekend, so I am at home all day. And you know that at home I always try to cook something tasty. In fact, there is great joy in making something delicious and enjoying it with the whole family. And for this reason I am always very conscious of this.
Surely you have understood that today I am going to share some delicious recipes with you, as today is our weekend. During the holidays I prepare our local popular and delicious recipes, then enjoy them in a different way.
Today I will share with you a different recipe of one of my favorite vegetables. Actually trying to make different recipes thinking about the taste of each vegetable. My vegetable today is called lady's finger, it is very tasty and nutritious vegetable. But I will not cook traditional but I will share one of our local popular and traditional dishes. We know it as lady's finger mash.
Cooking Ingredients:
- lady's finger
- Onions
- Garlic
- Chilli
- Dry chilies
- Coriander leaves
- salt
- Oil.
prepared method
First I put a pan on the stove and heat it with some water then add garlic and lady's finger, lightly boil and fry.
Then I reheated the pan with oil and then fried it with dry chillies and chopped onions.
Then take a bowl and fry chopped onions, grind it well with raw and dry chillies and salt.
Then I added boiled garlic and chopped coriander leaves along with it and rubbed it well again.
After that I took some mustard oil along with them, then took lightly fried lady's fingers and mixed all the ingredients together.
Now notice how our traditional lady's finger mash looks like, we enjoy this mash with hot rice.
