To be honest, I look forward to this day, waiting all week. Actually, after joining the service, I can't spend as much time with my family as before. Because after working all day and returning home, there is not much energy.
Yes, one thing I have accepted as a challenge from the beginning is that women have to face various problems in employment. And I am quite confident about this. See, there is no way without being confident. Because I have to do all my skills, skills and safety and at the end of the day I have to make a good position for myself.

So if we cannot accept this as a challenge, then it will be impossible to ensure our good position. See I work as a challenge, and when I come home after work I try to cook well. Both are my responsibilities and I always try to fulfill these responsibilities properly. Because you have to do your own work, whatever it is, that's why I call it a challenge.
Today I will share with you a delicious fish recipe. It is marine fish, since there is sea within the borders of our country, we easily get the opportunity to eat many types of marine fish. Today's fish is Poa Fish, I like it very much. Hope you will like today's seafood recipe.

Essential ingredients for cooking:
- Poa fish
- Potatoes
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- Coriander leaves
- Chilli
- Ginger paste
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Oil.
Cooking method





I cleaned the poa fish well, then rubbed them well with turmeric, pepper and salt.



Then I put a pan in the oven to fry the fish and heat it with oil and then fry the fish well.

Then I mixed the potato slices and tomato slices with them, then added salt and covered it with a lid for some time.






After that I removed the lid, then mixed turmeric, chilli, coriander powder with them and cooked it for some time with light water.






Then I mixed some more water with them and put the fried fish on top. After some time, I chopped raw chillies and coriander leaves and took them off when the broth reduced.

That's it for today's delicious sea fish recipe, it tastes really good. And I always try to make the dishes more flavorful.
