Hello my loving Asean Hive community
Yesterday I told you how to make a card using some color paper. These days I'm just doing papercraft. But today I came back to tell you about a delicious food. The delicious food I am going to talk about today is 'Rice Noodles salad Burmese's Style'. Rice Noodles salad Burmese's style is called 'Nan gyi thoke' in Myanmar. I will not tell you how to make this rice noodle salad now. Today I will tell you what ingredients are used to make rice noodle salad in Burmese style and how it tastes. For breakfast, I bought a rice noodle salad at the market. Usually, vendors mix all the ingredients in a salad to make a salad. However, I ordered the ingredients to be pureed and mixed until I got home. Below are the ingredients that make Rice Noodles salad Burmese style.
Here are 5 ingredients you can use to make Rice Noodles salad Burmese style. The first one is the rice noodles I showed in the second picture. All the rice noodles shown in this picture are for only one salad making. Lots of rice noodles. I like to make rice noodles as a salad and I like to eat as shown in the picture. These rice noodles are fresh and delicious because the vendors make these rice noodle themselves at home. The rice noodles used to make 'nan gyi thoke' are larger than regular rice noodles. I think it is even softer.
The above is the yolks used to make rice noodle salad. It contains chicken, tomato yolk, cilantro, peanuts, sesame, oil and fries chili powder. Normally, rice noodle salad contains eggs, but the rice noodle salad I bought today does not contain eggs. But it does contain a lot of chicken. It contains dry chili powder but it is not very spicy. One of my favorite ingredients in this rice noodle salad is this yolks.
What I show above is fried beans. Fries beans are mixed with tempura flour. The contents of the bag are the position of the fries bean before the crush. Vendors usually use only one bag of fries beans for a salad. But when I eat rice noodle salad, I like to eat it with lots of fries beans. So I bought two more fries beans.
Pictured above are coriander and limes. You may be wondering why there are so many cilantro for a salad. When I bought this rice noodle salad, the seller asked me if I liked coriander. I answered yes. Most of the people in my town do not like coriander and mint. So the seller gave me a lot of coriander leaves.
I put all the fries bean and chicken yolks in a plate of rice noodle. I also added some coriander and a little juice. Then I mixed it all up. Now I have a delicious Rice noodle salad Burmese style.
The picture above shows something to go with that rice noodle salad. It's a local delicacy, like kimchi. It is made with mustard plant and is often served with rice and noodle. It tastes a little sour and a little sweet.
Rice noodle salad is one of my favorite salads. Some use onion in some noodle salads, but this rice noodle salad uses chicken yolks without onions. Rice noodle is also a little soft without being hard. When I eat it, I get a little chicken spice smell. The taste of this rice noodle salad paired with fermented mustard is also very cool. Usually the sellers also offer soup for this salad. But today I did not take the soup. This rice noodle salad costs only $ 0.45. This Burmese style rice noodle salad is the best breakfast for me.
