Hello hive-people how are you there? I wish you are in good today. Here I am again to share my Home-Workout and for today's exercise my focus is on my lower back. I do more squats and leg some raising , I also use improvise equipment, such as this 8 liters of gallons filled with water because I dont have any other weight equipment beside my 5lps dumbells. After my 1hour work-out I tried to monitor my weight again and the result is very satisfying.
