A man must be prepared for the holidays
And by prepared, I obviously mean one has to buy enough meat to comfort who ever is coming to visit my house. I chose to buy at my favorite butcher, Schell in Rotterdam.
This particular piece of meat is called Ham di Pasku, I will write about the preparation of this 5Kilograms meat in another blogpost. It has something to do with Rum on the inside ;)
