The weather in our area and its surroundings is becoming increasingly warm, with temperatures reaching around 30 degrees Celsius. This condition deteriorates significantly during the month of Ramadan, when it is forbidden to eat or drink. But when the time for Iftar begins it brings another happiness because you are now free to eat what you want. But what I've seen has been extremely beneficial to us. Our patience and morale are high, and we have the fortitude to persevere. Today is a Saturday, which means it's a day off from work. As a result, I decided to go shopping and prepare some food.
We decided this morning that we would eat Beef Palaw for dinner, so I went to the meat shop to buy beef meat, vegetables, and other ingredients. Our misfortune is that once Ramadan begins, everything becomes more expensive. We are currently receiving 750RS/kg of meat, which is expensive. In any case, man agrees at any cost in need, and I purchased 2 kg of beef for the preparation of Beef Palaw, for which I will undoubtedly share the recipe and ingredients in my next post.
When I arrived at the butcher shop, I decided to take a picture of the shopkeeper while preparing the meat I had purchased for my portion, as well as other mutton and lamb meat, and share it with your hive friends. This is our society's culture, how we take meat, how we cut it, and how we prepare it. I always do my shopping at this meat shop, and as I used to buy more from this shopkeeper, he has now become my friend, providing me with a wide range of meat whenever I visit. One of this meat seller's distinguishing features is that it sells meat at a reasonable price with no hooliganism.
Now I'm going to take this meat home, wash it thoroughly, and marinate it for the night. I'll also take some photos of this delectable recipe and its ingredients. Each society's culture has its own distinct beauty, and I hope that whatever food I prepare is related to our culture and that you enjoy it. In my next post, I'll introduce you to Palaw, a popular Pakistani dish, and share a cooking method that I hope you and your friends will try. I hope you enjoy the post and the butcher shop photography. Please leave your feedback in the comments section so that the next post can be even better. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
