Friday night we can't go without something different to eat, celebrating a week of hard work I chose to make carbonara pasta:
Recipe:
Cutting the bacon into cubes, I fry it while I heat the water for the spaghetti.
with some eggs, I mix it with quality parmesan cheese.
Once cooked, add the pasta to the bacon, cheese and eggs, stirring quickly. the eggs only cook at the temperature of the noodles.
Sexta à noite não podemos ficar sem algo diferente para comer, comemorando uma semana de muito trabalho que escolhi para fazer macarrão à carbonara:

Cortando o bacon em cubos, frito enquanto aqueço a água do espaguete.
com alguns ovos, misturo com queijo parmesão de qualidade.
Depois de cozido, acrescente o macarrão ao bacon, ao queijo e aos ovos, mexendo rapidamente. os ovos só cozinham na temperatura do macarrão.
