En estos días, mis padres estuvieron de visita en el campo, esta vez no pude ir por trabajo pero cada vez que tengo la oportunidad me gusta visitar a mis familiares en la finca, una de las cosas que disfruto es ver el lugar y fotografiar a los animales que tienen aunque la verdad ya han pasado unos cuantos meses desde la ultima vez que salí de la ciudad, ya me hace falta una buena salida para despejar la mente y relajarme un poco de las responsabilidades del día a día, en fin, es temporada de maíz, siendo sincero no tenia ni idea ya que la ultima vez que fui no había nada mas que unas pequeñas matas de yuca plantadas pero mis padres me dijeron que hay unos buenos cortes de maíz sembrado y que de hecho ya se están empezando a cosechar por lo que mis tíos me mandaron algunas mazorcas y yo la verdad amo el maíz por lo que para cenar decidí asarlas en la freidora de aire para que quedaran un poco crujientes, las acompañé con queso y estuvieron deliciosas fue una gran cena la cual disfruté mucho pese a que las mazorcas estaban un poco pequeñas, estaban muy buenas, crujientes por fuera pero muy tiernas por dentro, el queso combinó perfectamente con el maíz tanto así que me dieron ganas de seguir comiendo por lo que a partir de ahora compraré mazorcas cuando vaya a comprar verduras.
These days, my parents were visiting the countryside, this time I couldn't go for work but every time I have the opportunity I like to visit my relatives on the farm, one of the things I enjoy is seeing the place and photographing the animals that they have, although the truth is that a few months have passed since the last time I left the city, I already need a good outing to clear my mind and relax a little from the responsibilities of day to day, in short, it is corn season, to be honest I had no idea since the last time I went there was nothing more than a few small yucca bushes planted but my parents told me that there are some good cuts of corn planted and that in fact they are already beginning to harvest so my uncles sent me some ears and I really love corn so for dinner I decided to roast them in the air fryer to make them a little crunchy, I accompanied them with cheese and they were delicious it was a great dinner which I enjoyed a lot even though the ears were a little small they were very good, crispy on the outside but very tender on the inside, the cheese combined perfectly with the corn so much so that it made me want to keep eating so from now on I will buy ears when go buy vegetables.
