Today, after attending an entrepreneurship event at a university and having the opportunity to represent Hive, we came home and, as it was time for lunch, we decided to eat at a shopping center near our house.
At RioMarket there is a whole food fair, they offer a huge amount of options to eat, but both Zully and I wanted to eat something different and we decided to eat a Classic Burger, we honestly hadn't eaten burgers in a while and it was also an option thinking about not spending too much, since it wasn't in our plans to eat out of the house.
It turns out we ordered our food, and we wait, 10 minutes later our order arrives at the table and they were huge burgers, we didn't imagine they could be so big, and it made me think it was a good value for money. But my surprise didn't end there...
The aroma that came off was very delicious, the perfect temperature. If there's something I don't like, it's that the bread can be dry, but this bread had been buttered and grilled, so it was crispy on the inside, but very soft at the same time. The first bite was a delight, as I savored that first bite I leaned back in my chair and savored everything, I hadn't had time in a long time, but a long time without tasting such a delicious burger.
A juicy and well-seasoned meat, very fresh vegetables, and on top of the meat some slices of bacon, ham and yellow cheese that combined perfectly with the sauces, especially with the mustard. I think we're going to go back for some burgers soon, they're really worth it. Sometimes I eat too much, and this time I was perfectly satisfied with just one burger.
On the other hand, the girls at the cash register and the ones who brought the food to the table were super friendly, and the place was very quiet, I think the atmosphere was the icing on the cake. And that made me think that a gastronomic experience goes beyond food, but the whole set of things that harmonize so that eating is something transcendent.

Pudiésemos pensar que una hamburguesa es demasiado mortal para proporcionar una sublime experiencia gastronómica, pero, si ya viste la película el Menú, quizá puedas cambiar un poco de opinión. Hoy después de asistir a un evento de emprendimiento dentro de una universidad y tener la oportunidad de representar a Hive, volvíamos a casa y como era hora de almorzar decidimos comer en un centro comercial cercano a casa.
En RioMarket hay toda una feria de comida, ofrecen una cantidad enorme de opciones para comer, pero, tanto Zully como yo deseábamos comer algo diferente y decidimos comer una Hamburguesa Clásica, honestamente teníamos tiempo sin comer hamburguesas y además fue una opción pensando en no gastar demasiado, ya que no estaba en nuestros planes comer fuera de casa.
Resulta que ordenamos nuestra comida, y esperamos, 10 minutos después llega nuestra orden a la mesa y vaya que eran unas hamburguesas enormes, no imaginamos que pudiesen ser tan grandes, y me hizo pensar que fue una buena opción calidad precio. Pero mi sorpresa no terminó allí...
El aroma que desprendía era muy delicioso, la temperatura perfecta. Si algo me desagrada es que el pan pueda estar seco, pero este pan había sido dorado con mantequilla en la plancha, así que estaba crujiente por dentro, pero muy suave al mismo tiempo. El primer bocado fue un deleite, mientras degustaba ese primer mordisco me incline hacia atrás en la silla y saboreaba todo, tenia mucho tiempo, pero mucho tiempo sin probar una hamburguesa tan deliciosa.
Una carne jugosa y bien sazonada, unos vegetales muy frescos, y sobre la carne unas rebanadas de tocineta, jamón y queso amarillo que combinaban perfectamente con las salsas, especialmente con la mostaza. Creo que, pronto vamos a volver por unas hamburguesas, realmente valen la pena. A veces suelo comer demás, y en esta ocasión con tan solo una hamburguesa quede perfectamente satisfecho.
Por otro lado, la atención super amables las chicas tanto de la caja como la llevo la comida a la mesa, y el lugar muy tranquilo, creo fue el ambiente fue la cereza del pastel. Y eso me hizo pensar que una experiencia gastronómica va mas allá de la comida, sino del conjunto de cosas que armonizan para que el comer sea algo trascendente.
