Enjoying his self-made pizza.
After sending my firstborn to school together, the secondborn asked me this question, "Mummy, any pizza at home?"
Obviously there isn't but having his prior experience, I sort of anticipate he would insist I go hunt for one. This time, I had the ingredients ready at home to make one for breakfast!
I bought these ingredients when I was shopping for grocery the last round:
- Frozen paratha
- beef Pepperoni
- mozzarella cheese
- tomato puree
I was feeling very sleepy in the morning but seeing him so excited, I gave in to him and took the ingredients out and preheated the oven.
It was as easy as ABC! No brainer at all.
Step 1
Take out a piece of frozen paratha bread, and lay it on a baking paper.
Step 2
Put some tomato puree on the paratha bread. Spread it all around to make sure the whole paratha has the puree.
Step 3
Just apply the beef Pepperoni as many slices as you desire.
Step 4
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top as much as you like. Give a generous amount so the cheese can hold the ingredients together.
Step 5
Bake the pizza in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 200C.
Step 6
Enjoy!
The son ate it together with some chiffon cake and also a bottle of yakult. Though it was not like very pretty and presentable, it tastes not bad!
