Day Three of Eight is complete for Tiffany and me. The template for today's OTF Hell Week 2022 series is titled "To Hell or High Wattage" and it did not disappoint.
Every time you believe there won't be a new way to challenge us, those beliefs ring hollow under the orange lights and the Orangetheory Fitness template designers just smirk at us; because they know our butts are being kicked.
I'll break down the workout from today when I submit my ACTIFIT post later on.
After class and after getting gas, we our car battery died while at the gas station, so it took a bit of the positive energy we left the fitness studio with; but it all worked out. We got the boost and drove the car to the front of the house and will get a new battery on Saturday. Tiffany is using my car to go to the office, since she works hybrid and her office days are Tuesday and Wednesdays, while I'm lucky enough to work remotely - full time.
But before that small interjection to our morning routine, the workout itself was badass and another solid calorie burn. I burned the most calories on Monday with 825, yesterday's was only 684 and today I burned 730.
There are 5 more days to go and one more day before we officially meet the requirement of 4 of 8 Hell Week sessions to earn the shirt.

While today, we rowed a ton of meters it looks like tomorrow will be an emphasis on core work - ouch!
