I don't get to eat 'foreign' food too often so you can imagine my delight when I am given the opportunity to try some Italian food.
Probably quite a normal occurrence for many, but not for me!
So here we have :
- The Salmon Nicoise salad which was served with some roasted potatoes, tomato and mixed leave salads. The Salmon was crispy on the outside, but slightly undercooked on the inside. Leaving a very 'sea' like taste. To be honest, I don't know if the Salmon was sourced from the sea - probably not - but I'll take it.
- Avocado Salad, though as you can see it is quite a mixture of greens, chick peas, mango, broccoli and tomatoes.
- Caprese with creamy mozzarella cheese, large freshly sliced tomatoes, a sprinkle of basil and a healthy serving of garlic oil
