Practice mindfulness with “Lego Games”
🐕 It's one practice mindfulness of me and can be my activities some time. By starting I play with Small Size of Lego and after that I will up size. Usually, when I have free time, I like cook, watch TV, and play games. My favorite game is Lego. Because I like to look at it from the start, seeing only a small piece without a clear shape. When we start to build Lego step by step. We will begin to see what we are accomplishing. And what I get is a sense of pride in what I've done and what I've accomplished.🐕
- 🐿 for this time I chose to build a small Lego as a dog. It took me about 3-4 hours. Which has about 28 steps of Lego building, I really want to build a large Lego. But the store have only small sizes for sell. So I chose dogs to do hehe. I like the process of playing with Lego. Because each creation must be detailed and understand the steps, If we do not concentrate on what we do, it will be a mistake, but this we can fix and do again until we succeed that why I like to play.🐿
🧩Humans are creatures that have to create something. But in the creation sometimes we are afraid to be wrong. Building LEGOs satisfies us both in terms of our love to build and our fear of making mistakes.🧩
