Yesterday, I had the most amazing time at Araluen Botanic Park during their spring Tulip Festival. Every year, Tulips festival is celebrated here to create magical experience for everyone to welcome the spring season. The park is located 35 kilometres southeast of the Perth CBD in the town of Roleystone. It was like stepping into different exotic world (maybe a fairy world lol). The moment I walked in, I saw flowers everywhere-super colorful tulips! They were all lined up in neat rows, showing off their fancy colors – red, pink, yellow, white and so on. It was like a rainbow had crashed into the garden. In addition to the tulips, there were also a variety of other flowers in bloom, including daffodils, hyacinths, and pansies. Apart from this the park also hosts other native Australian plants.
The park folks did a great job arranging the tulips in cool patterns and incorporating various color. Tt was like a beautiful art show made by nature. There was also a tiny water stream nearby and a relaxing bridge to walkby. I spent like around 2 hours wandering around the botanic parks appreciating the beauty of the flower and the nature. Many spectators had brought picnic baskets with them and I believe its a great idea to have picnic in such pretty fairy world. There were a variety of other activities and events to enjoy, such as food stalls, cafes, and children's activities. There is also a giftshop that you can buy and take home as a souvenir.
At the end of the day, I felt like visiting here was like a magical adventure to me. My visit to Araluen Botanic Park during the Tulip Festival was a truly unforgettable experience. I was amazed by the beauty of the tulips and the vibrant atmosphere of the park. It was the perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
