This bird is a Pitangus sulphuratus, known as Bem-Te-Vi (translates to something like "I've-seen-you" - but in English its Great kiskadee) in Brazil and Benteveo in Argentina. Its name is an onomatopoeia: it is the formation of a word from a sound associated with it - in this case, the bird's singing. Legend goes that when the Bem-Te-Vi sings, rain is coming: "I've-seen-the-rain". On a sunny summer day in Rio, you can bet that if she sings, it will rain.
