Sunday 20th February...
I woke up to a extremely dark room today. As normal I get up and walk straight to the kitchen for my number one priority, COFFEE. No wonder it was so dark it had been raining all morning and the rock of Gibraltar was completely surrounded by cloud, so much so that I looked to be living in the clouds.
This can be quite common for Gibraltar, also known as the Levant Cloud. This is when wind rises in the Mediterranean or around the Balearic Islands and blows westwards reaching its greatest intensity through the Strait of Gibraltar.
On one of these days, all fancy is a good bowl of hot soup.
I introduce you to Don Diego in Sotogrande. Nikkei cuisine restaurant located in the magnificent Ribera del Marlin in Sotogrande. Flavours based on a delicious combination of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine
