This is called furikake and is eaten over rice.

The tendon, which costs about 450 yen, is a bit small and the portion is small.　If you want a full meal, the size of about 800 to 1000 yen is the most satisfying!

In Japan, many waitstaff do not speak English, so I thought this system of ordering without speaking Japanese was very convenient.

Credit cards are accepted, but you can also pay electronically.

Santen! Tempura restaurant in Osaka, Japan

The restaurant I wanted to visit while I was back in Osaka was "Santen," which is more like a Japanese junk food restaurant than a restaurant, where food is delivered within a few minutes of ordering.

Santen is a nationwide tendon restaurant, with many locations in Osaka, where I live.　There are many American fast food restaurants such as McDonald's and KYC, but there are also many Japanese fast food restaurants in Osaka.　My favorite Japanese fast food restaurant is Santen.

Tendon is a Japanese dish consisting of rice topped with fried vegetables, chicken, shrimp, etc., and sauce.

Before entering the restaurant, you must first place your order.　Ordering is very easy because the ordering machine is located at the entrance of the restaurant, where a picture of the tendon is displayed on a monitor along with the price of the item.　Credit card and electronic payment are also available, which is very convenient.　The prices are also very reasonable, ranging from 450 yen to 1000 yen.　The portions are quite large, and for 600 yen, you can have a full bowl of tendon.

天丼のさん天、やっぱりここにはこないとね！

大阪に帰ってる間に行きたかったレストランがこの、「さん天」　まぁ、レストランというより、日本のジャンクフード店って感じの店で、注文をしてから数分で食事が届けられる。　天丼を主に展開している、天丼の「吉野家」のような存在。

さん天は全国に展開されている天丼のお店で、わたしが住んでいる大阪にもたくさんの店舗があります。　マクドナルドやKYCのような、アメリカ発のファーストフード店もたくさんありますが、大阪には日本発のファーストフード店もたくさん存在します。　わたしが好きな日本発のファーストフード店が、このさん天です。

レストランを入る前に、まずは注文をします。　注文は注文機械がレストランの入り口にあって、そこにはモニターに天丼の写真がその商品の値段と一緒に説明があるので、とても簡単に注文ができます。　クレジットカードや電子マネー決済もできてとても便利でした。　価格もとても手ごろで、４５０円から１０００円程度です。　量も結構あって、６００円を払うとお腹いっぱいの量の天丼を食べることが出来ます。

もっとさん天のレストランが増えるといいなぁーと個人的には思っています。
