My dream job would be to review food places and believe me, if I had enough money to do it, my blog would be exclusively about reviews because I love food... well, there is really no other reason! well, there is really no other reason!
And when I have the chance to do it and I find a place that catches my attention of course I don't think twice and this happened a few weeks ago during the Christmas outings when in the Sambil walking through the food fair looking at the options for lunch I came across a beautiful and relatively new place.
It is Johy's Bakery, a beautiful little place, super cozy that although it does not have a large size definitely if decoration makes up for it, because despite its size it has three different spaces.
In the center they have very nice wooden tables; on one of the sides of the place other tables a little bigger had benches attached to the wall, which give a beautiful touch to the place, but the part that we liked the most and was the area we chose to sit was a kind of wooden bar that had two swings on one side and two high benches on the other.
Of course we chose that area for the kids because Miranda wanted to get on the swing and I didn't refuse even though the benches were a bit uncomfortable because the pictures would be prettier there.

Y cuando tengo la posibilidad de hacerlo y encuentro un lugar que llame mi atención por supuesto no lo pienso dos veces y esto sucedió hace unas semanas en las salidas navideñas cuando en el Sambil caminando por la feria de comida viendo las opciones para almorzar me encontré de frente con un lugar bellisimo y relativamente nuevo.
Se trata de Johy's Bakery, un lugarcito hermoso, súper acogedor que aunque no tiene un gran tamaño definitivamente si decoración lo compensa, ya que a pesar de su tamaño cuenta con tres espacios diferentes.
En el centro tienen unas mesas de madera muy lindas; en uno de los lados del local otras mesas un poco más grandes tenían bancos adosados a la pared, que le dan un toque hermoso al lugar, pero la parte que más nos gustó y fue el área que escogimos para sentarnos era una especie de barra de madera que de un lado tenía dos columpios y del otro dos bancos altos.
Por supuesto escogimos ésa área por los niños pues Miranda quería subir al columpio y no me negué a pesar que los bancos eran un poco incómodos ya que las fotos resultarían más lindas ahí.

We decided to order the Crispy Burger, a hamburger that I must say that despite not having the amount of ingredients and sauces that we are used to in Venezuela was fabulous! The chicken was super crispy, the sauce delicious, pickles, bacon and the bread made by themselves. A true delight.
This burger was part of a combo that consisted of fries, papelón with lemon and the burger presented beautifully and very carefully. If there was something to criticize it would be the quantity of the fries, they were really very few (the amount you see in the pictures), but the taste of the burger definitely made up for it.
To finish and although it was not really necessary because the hamburger is a good size we decided to try their desserts and after thinking and thinking we decided on a quesillo, since we had not tried it for a long time and I think it was the best choice, it was absolutely delicious, so if I wonder if I recommend this place, I would tell you to go with your eyes closed because the food is delicious, the place is super nice and the service is excellent.
Would I come back? OF COURSE! I want to try the Cookie Milkshake and other goodies!

Sobre la comida que ofrecen debo decir que hay gran variedad. Van desde deliciosos postres, pasando por hamburguesas, altas de pollo, hasta helados y batidos, de hecho almorzamos y merendamos en el mismo lugar!
Decidimos pedir la Crispy Burguer, una hamburguesa que debo que a pesar de no contar con la cantidad de ingredientes y salsas a las que estamos acostumbrados en Venezuela estaba fabulosa! El pollo súper crujiente, una salsa deliciosa, pepinillos, tocineta y el pan hecho por ellos mismos. Una verdadera delicia.
Esta hamburguesa era parte de un combo que consistía en papas fritas, papelón con limón y la hamburguesa presentados de manera preciosa y muy cuidada. Si hubiese algo que criticar sería la cantidad de las papas, realmente fueron muy muy pocas (la cantidad que ven en las imágenes), pero el sabor de la hamburguesa definitivamente lo compensó.
Para finalizar y aunque realmente no era necesario porque la hamburguesa es de buen tamaño decidimos probar sus postres y luego de pensar y pensar nos decidimos por un quesillo, ya que teníamos bastante tiempo de no probarlo y creo que fué la mejor elección, estaba absolutamente delicioso, así que si me pregunto si recomiendo éste lugar, les diría que vayan con los ojos cerrados porque la comida es deliciosa, el lugar súper agradable y una excelente atención.
Volvería?? CLARO! Quiero probar el Milkshake de Galletas y otras cositas más!
