Yesterday evening, I went foe running 10 kms. I met ex student who had been teaching for almost 26 years. We were all glad to meet. After the run she invited me to drink a juice smoothie. I felt powerful and proud myself. I’m old but I’m strong. That’s because I have good physic power. You can too. Let’s get up and exercise. After your workout, smile and tell yourself you’re happy.
