Today my dear and dear friends, after Christmas Eve, a good time with the family is pleasant to continue sharing this Christmas feeling, the night was long but happy, on this day although we were exhausted, after a day of soup, it was my turn to make dinner and we were somewhat creative, we wanted to eat tostones, and here at the house of the father-in-law there is a banana plant, We harvested it and I started to make the tostones, how was the pernil and the chicken salad to complement this dish, together with a sauce that my wife's grandmother made, we spent some time eating, singing gaitas maracuchas and drinking rum and having a good time with the family, a very good day, so this Christmas we did not waste anything.

Hoy mis queridos y estimados amigos, después de las víspera de navidad, un buen momento con la familia es grato seguir compartiendo este sentir navideño, la noche fue larga pero contenta, en este día aunque estábamos agotados, después un día de sopa, me tocaba el turno de hacer cena y fuimos algo creativos, queríamos comer tostones, y aquí en casa de los suegro ahí una planta de plátano, cosechamos y me puse hacer los tostones, cómo había quedado pernil y la ensalada de gallina para complementar este plato, junto a una salsa que hizo la abuela de mi esposa pasamos un rato comiendo, cantado gaitas maracuchas y bebiendo un ron y pasarla bien con la familia un día muy bueno así que en estas navidades no sé a desaprovechado nada.
