[ESP-ENG] A weekend with good food.

¡Buenas tardes Liketu! este fin de semana ha sido de buen comer y la verdad que aquí en Perú hacen unas comidas tan deliciosas que es inevitable aumentar unos cuantos kilos (por no decir muchos jaja), debo decir que hace años atrás no me encantaba comer chuleta con arroz prefería mil veces comer pollo o carne.
Sin embargo acá hay tanta variedad de carnes y cerdo (lamentablemente en mi país casi no se ve eso) que disfruto muchísimo de la variedad de carnes ya que son más tiernas y suaves, el hecho que la chuleta que comía antes no se sentía tan suave me causaba conflicto y acá lo preparan de una manera tan deliciosa que soy feliz, es muy suave y la verdad desconozco si es otro tipo de carne pero soy extremadamente feliz por comer esto y más con una rica ensalada.
Además que los tequeños peruanos con palta (aguacate) son una delicia, me encanta cómo condimentan sus salsas porque gracias a esto puedes disfrutar mucho de esta comida, en definitiva no te puedes perder la variedad de menú que hay en Perú siempre hay una comida más rica que otra.

This weekend has been one of good eating and the truth is that here in Peru they make such delicious meals that it is inevitable to gain a few kilos (not to say many haha), I must say that Years ago I didn't love to eat chops with rice, I preferred a thousand times to eat chicken or meat.
However, here there is so much variety of meat and pork (unfortunately in my country you hardly see that) that I really enjoy the variety of meats since they are more tender and soft, the fact that the chop I ate before did not feel so soft It caused me conflict and here they prepare it in such a delicious way that I am happy, it is very soft and the truth is I do not know if it is another type of meat but I am extremely happy to eat this and more with a delicious salad.
In addition to the fact that the Peruvian tequeños with avocado (avocado) are a delight, I love how they season their sauces because thanks to this you can enjoy this food a lot, in short you cannot miss the variety of menu that there is in Peru there is always one more food rich than another
