El tema me recuerda a la película mexicana “Como agua para chocolate”, donde el drama principal es el amor prohibido de sus protagonistas, además de fusionar en cada capítulo los platos típicos de la gastronomía mexicana, hace referencia a un dicho mexicano que significa “estar molesto o furioso”, también indica la emociones que vive la protagonista de la historia, como el agua a punto de hervir necesario para cocinar chocolate.
La vida nos plantea muchas dificultades, y un día sin más se irá sin avisar, pero hay algo que sí está en nuestras manos, y es la dicha de abandonar este mundo habiendo amado y dado lo mejor de mí, quedándome con esa sonrisa que me puede dar la paz interior, y ese dulce sabor de haber sido quien quería ser.
Respondiendo a una vida estresada
Hace algún tiempo me pasaba que cuando estaba enojada, ese sentimiento de impotencia que tenía me daba por llorar, afortunadamente tenía la opción de gritar a mí almohada cuando no había nadie alrededor, un buen grito para mí era más eficaz como respuesta al estrés que estaba viviendo. Con la madurez comprendí que con llorar no lograría nada, pues sólo demostraba ser débil ante los demás.
Entonces decidí reconciliarme conmigo misma, debía recordarme el sagrado sabor de lo pequeño, el delicioso bienestar de la quietud, el valor de los pequeños detalles, dulces y auténticos, que nacen del corazón, la importancia de amar, de sentirse amada y el mismo valor de compartirlo.
Todos estamos necesitados del Amor
Cuando me detengo y analizo cómo me he olvidado que todos somos personas que viajamos en un mismo barco, que libramos una misma batalla, y que por diferentes que parezcamos, todos estamos necesitados de una misma cosa: el Amor.
Creo que todos venimos a este mundo a ser felices, a ayudarnos los unos a los otros, a hacer de nuestra existencia el mejor de los caminos, a querer y ser queridos.
Debemos de dar los mejor de nosotras como personas cada día. Cuando eres amorosa todo te sale bien, se pasa el día con una paz, porque sabes que estás dando los mejor de ti, lo tengo comprobado. Puedo trabajar un poco más en ello y ver cómo todo florece a mí alrededor, DIOS es amor y nosotros somos hechos a su imagen y semejanza.
El amor como arma poderosa
Siempre estamos conociendo personas de diferente calidad humana, personas de las que debemos alejarnos, personas que solo buscan su propio beneficio, lamentablemente nos pasa en el trabajo, con parejas, amigos y en algunas veces en el núcleo familiar, creo que lo más importante en todo caso es tratar de ser mejor cada día, para sentirnos satisfechas con lo que hacemos y damos.
Dejemos esa lucha y regalemos amor, quizás a algunos les sonará a cliché, pero el amor es el arma más poderosa que existe. Un pequeño gesto de amor es capaz de conseguir lo que ninguna otra cosa puede. Amar, amarse y sentirse amado. ¿Acaso hay algo más importante? Cuando llegue el momento esa será nuestra última pregunta, y su respuesta, lo único que nos importe.
Somos seres capaces de dar amor
Creo que todo ser humano tiene la capacidad de dar amor, y si una palabra amable, un gesto agradable nos da satisfacción especialmente cuando lo que hacemos es retribuido, a todo ser humano nos falta trabajar en ello y me atrevería a decir que nunca lo vamos alcanzar a la perfección, como humanos siempre vamos a tener fallas, incluso en contra de nosotras mismas.
Alguien dijo: Vive tu vida de forma que tus palabras calmen, que tus actos contribuyan, que tus gestos atiendan, y que tu corazón comprenda. El amor es el único camino hacia la felicidad y lo único que crece cuando se comparte. Dedica tiempo a amar y ser amado, es un privilegio concedido por Dios.

Responding to a stressful life
Some time ago it used to happen to me that when I was angry, that feeling of helplessness that I had made me cry, fortunately I had the option of shouting at my pillow when there was no one around, a good cry for me was more effective as a response to the stress that I was living. With maturity I realised that crying would not achieve anything, as it only showed that I was weak in front of others.
Then I decided to reconcile with myself, I had to remind myself of the sacred taste of the small, the delicious wellbeing of stillness, the value of the small, sweet and authentic details that come from the heart, the importance of loving, of feeling loved and the same value of sharing it.
We are all in need of Love
When I stop and analyse how I have forgotten that we are all people travelling in the same boat, fighting the same battle, and that however different we may seem, we are all in need of the same thing: Love.
I believe that we all come to this world to be happy, to help each other, to make the best of our existence, to love and be loved.
We must give the best of ourselves as people every day. When you are loving everything goes well, you spend the day with a peace, because you know that you are giving the best of yourself, I have proved it. I can work a little more on it and see how everything blossoms around me, GOD is love and we are made in his image and likeness.
Love as a powerful weapon
We are always meeting people of different human qualities, people we should stay away from, people who only seek their own benefit, unfortunately it happens at work, with partners, friends and sometimes in the family, I think the most important thing in any case is to try to be better every day, to feel satisfied with what we do and what we give.
Let's stop fighting and let's give love, maybe it will sound cliché to some people, but love is the most powerful weapon that exists. A small gesture of love is capable of achieving what nothing else can. To love, to be loved and to feel loved. Is there anything more important? When the time comes, that will be our ultimate question, and its answer, the only thing that matters to us.
We are beings capable of giving love
I believe that every human being has the capacity to give love, and if a kind word, a nice gesture gives us satisfaction especially when what we do is repaid, every human being needs to work on it and I would dare to say that we will never reach perfection, as humans we will always have failures, even against ourselves.
