Hoy corrí sabroso, me sentí súper ligero, de hecho ni me canse al momento de trotar. Al terminar le indique a mi esposa que habría podido correr mucho más pero por la hora decidí que estaba bien así, y más porque teníamos que buscar a los niños donde mi mama.
Últimamente los calores están brutales, un sol que se esconde casi a las 7 pm, una locura este clima, sumado a eso la humedad que hay en el aire hace que el clima se vuelva más pesado, no solo para trotar sino para todo tipo de actividades.
Hoy como indique en el post, volví con los 6 km, es la distancia que he estado corriendo en estos últimos entrenamientos, sin embargo ya estoy por aumentarla. Pienso que ya llego el tiempo de seguir con mis trotes largos, mínimo 10 km, por lo menos los fines de semana procurare hacerlo así.
Hoy tuve una experiencia desagradable, bueno, tuvimos mi esposa y yo con unos jóvenes que al verla no se apartaron y la golpearon del hombro para después burlarse. Afortunadamente iba detrás de mi esposa y pude ver la escena y tomar medidas a ese hecho. Realmente la juventud actual apesta, jóvenes sin valores, falta de respeto y mucho más. Cuán importante es el rol de padres en esta sociedad tan decadente en la que vivimos.
En fin, pasado el momento de molestia, todo fluyo tranquilamente, seguí mi trote y termine con flexiones para seguir fortaleciendo. Esta semana se vienen más entrenamientos.

We continue with 6 km per session
Today I ran great, I felt super light, in fact I didn't even get tired when jogging. When I finished I told my wife that I could have run much more but because of the time I decided that it was ok, and more because we had to pick up the kids at my mom's place.
Lately the heat is brutal, a sun that hides almost at 7 pm, this weather is crazy, added to that the humidity in the air makes the weather becomes heavier, not only for jogging but for all kinds of activities.
Today as I indicated in the post, I came back with the 6 km, it's the distance I've been running in these last trainings, however I'm about to increase it. I think the time has come to continue with my long jogs, at least 10 km, at least on weekends I will try to do it that way.
Today I had an unpleasant experience, well, my wife and I had an unpleasant experience with some young men who, when they saw her, didn't move away and hit her shoulder and then made fun of her. Fortunately I was behind my wife and was able to see the scene and take action. The youth of today really stinks, young people without values, lack of respect and much more. How important is the role of parents in this decadent society in which we live.
Anyway, after the moment of discomfort, everything flowed calmly, I continued my jog and finished with push-ups to continue strengthening. More workouts are coming this week.
