Es un evento que ningún apasionado y practicante del running en Caracas debería dejar pasar; es la materialización del esfuerzo, la constancia y esa disciplina que forjamos día a día. Siempre digo y escucho que la medalla no se gana el día del evento, sino en cada kilómetro de entrenamiento recorrido previamente.
Realmente ha sido una fiesta deportiva inolvidable. Aunque no he podido dedicarme a ver las fotos en redes, lo poco que he leído y los comentarios que me han llegado coinciden en la misma narrativa: la organización fue impecable y el clima que nos regaló Caracas fue sencillamente perfecto para correr.
Mis más sinceras felicitaciones a todos los que cruzaron la meta y cumplieron sus objetivos. También un agradecimiento profundo a los organizadores y a cada persona que aportó su granito de arena para apoyarnos en la ruta y en las redes; ese aliento es el que nos impulsa a seguir.

Hello, running family! A week has passed since we lived the unique experience of the CAF Caracas Marathon, where I had the merit of completing the Half Marathon. This is an event that no running enthusiast or practitioner in Caracas should miss; it is the physical manifestation of the effort, perseverance, and discipline we forge day by day. I always say, and often hear, that the medal isn't won on the day of the event, but in every single kilometer of training completed beforehand.
It truly was an unforgettable sports festival. Although I haven't been able to spend much time looking at photos on social media, the little I have read and the comments I’ve received all share the same narrative: the organization was impeccable and the weather Caracas gave us was simply perfect for running.
My most sincere congratulations to everyone who crossed the finish line and met their goals. Also, a deep thank you to the organizers and to every person who contributed their grain of sand to support us on the route and on social media; that encouragement is what drives us to keep going.
