Y cuando voy sola a entrenar siempre planifico una ruta segura, y no alejarme mucho de mi residencia asi de mas vueltas cerca. Espere a que estuviera totalmente claro y sali a entrenar manteniendo controlada mi frecuencia cardiaca, y mi hidratacion ya estudiada, hoy entrene por tiempo no por distancia la idea fue completar los 90 minutos trotando, claro siempre pendiente del entorno. Gracias a Dios el clima estaba fresco, la ruta segura, me encontre de regreso a dos corredoras, ve una ruta segura para mujeres. Complete los 90 minutos dentro de mi urbanizacion, y alli aproveche de tomarme unas lindas capturas fotograficas en los jardines de mi urbanizacion. Quede satisfecha con mi entrenamiento, me senti bien, y me agradezco, salir a pesar de que iba sola, ya que esto me hace mas fuerte y disciplinada. En total alcance los 13 kilometros, cumpliendo con el tiempo planificado. Y seguimos con los entrenamientos, manteniendome activa y fortaleciendo asi mi running. Hasta la proxima queridos runners.😎

Saturday. Today I went out for my long-distance run—a workout we shouldn’t skip in our training routine, since it offers so many benefits. plus it’s the workout I enjoy the most—long routes, exploring new places, preparing as if I were going on an adventure with my water and snacks—and I go out feeling super relaxed. That’s why I always do it on weekends when we don’t have to stick to schedules or take the kids to their classes. This workout is usually done in a group, since almost all of us are free, but today I trained completely alone, as my group couldn’t go out today, and my husband—my faithful partner—is away on a business trip. However, this wasn’t a reason not to go out, since, as I mentioned, it’s the workout that brings us the most benefits for improving our performance as runners.
And when I go out to train alone, I always plan a safe route and don’t stray too far from home, just doing laps nearby. I waited until it was completely clear and went out to train, keeping my heart rate under control and my hydration plan in place. Today I trained by time rather than distance; the idea was to complete 90 minutes of jogging, of course always staying aware of my surroundings. Thank goodness the weather was cool, and the route was safe. On my way back, I ran into two other female runners—it’s a safe route for women. I completed the 90 minutes within my neighborhood, and while I was there, I took the opportunity to snap some nice photos in the neighborhood gardens. I was satisfied with my workout; I felt good, and I’m proud of myself for going out even though I was alone, since this makes me stronger and more disciplined. In total, I covered 13 kilometers, meeting my planned time. And we’ll keep up with the workouts, staying active and strengthening my running. See you next time, dear runners.😎
