Comence el entrenamiento manteniendo la frecuencia cardiaca por debajo de 140 ppm, los ritmos estuvieron entre 7:59 min/Km, y 6:14 min/Km, aprovechando el entrenamiento suave para revisar postura, asi uno esta mas consiente de la zancada, posicion de los brazos, mirada, espalda, hombros, puede parecer un entrenamiento que no aporta porque no vamos a ritmos bajos, pero como nos aporta muy importante tener este tipo de entrenamiento minimos dos veces a la semana en nuestra rutina. Y al final de mi entrenamiento fui sorprendida con la formacion de un arcoiris ya que de repente saliendo el sol comenzo a lloviznar, y de alli se creo este hermoso aroiris, lo vi aparecer en el cielo que bendicion. Y seguimos disfrutando de los beneficios de ejercitarnos.๐

Hello, friends!!! Today I went to the track to train; I had a 7-kilometer easy run on the schedule, and what better place for this workout than the track? I woke up early, grateful that the sunrises are getting brighter, and when I arrived at the stadium, I saw a beautiful sunrise. I warmed up a bit and set my watch for a 7-kilometer run at an easy pace between Zone 2 and Zone 3. For some people, running lap after lap around the stadium is tough, but for me itโs great therapy, since the stadium is empty, you canโt hear any noise except for the birds flying by and the wind blowing. Plus, the cool weather and the smell of the grass in the morning are very relaxing. And today I was completely alone in the stadium, so I relaxed even more. To make the experience even more relaxing, I put on some soft music on my phone.
I started the workout by keeping my heart rate below 140 bpm; my pace ranged from 7:59 min/km to 6:14 min/km. I used this easy workout to check my form, so youโre more aware of your stride, arm position, gaze, back, and shoulders. It might seem like a workout that doesnโt offer much because weโre not running at a fast pace, but itโs very important to include this type of training at least twice a week in our routine. And at the end of my workout, I was surprised by the appearance of a rainbowโas the sun came out, it suddenly began to drizzle, and from that, this beautiful rainbow formed. I watched it appear in the skyโwhat a blessing. And we continue to enjoy the benefits of exercising.
