Hii Hive unners. How was today? Isn't it very sunny and hot today? This morning, I woke up very early, and got ready for today's training. I train often, I think it's not just because of the event. But also to practice my breathing skills as well.
This is a new record for me, I can practice 3-4 times a week. Whereas usually I can only practice 2 times a week... do I have to thank my boss for giving me afternoon work hours? Haha. And after getting ready, I walked to a stadium near my house, because it was still 7am, so it wasn't too crowded. And again it was a weekday, not a weekend. And I really enjoyed this.
I'm very curious, why is it that the first kilometer always feels so heavy? And that makes my first pace 9:31/km. I was still running and occasionally walking because my breathing was labored and I needed a drink. With a total moving time of 47:12, slowly but surely, despite my heavy steps I was able to finish the 5-kilometer run. Of course with an average space of 9:23/km.
After the run, I stopped and cooled down, after which I sat on the artificial grass. And lay down on it, enjoying the morning blue sky. Because it is very rare that I can enjoy the morning atmosphere and morning exercise other than on weekends.
It wasn't long before I was ready to go home, as I had to get ready for work. 🤭
