Saludos amigos esforzados en esta activa comunidad de corredores, es un gusto saludarles y compartirles mi entrenamiento que hice para seguir sumando kilómetros tanto de salud como en mi avance en este club de hive run.
Cómo ha estado sucediendo últimamente, no he podido correr en las mañanas 😔 eso me ha dificultado alcanzar mejores distancias.
Solo he estado corriendo al finalizar la tarde porque no he podido en las mañanas. Por eso he corrido entre 5, 6 y 8 kilómetros cuando mi distancia habitual son 10 km.
Eso me ha estado afectando porque mis trotes nocturnos o finalizando la tarde se me hacen muy pesados, no solo por los quehaceres que me agotan sino porque ya es cuando menos energías me quedan para correr.
De igual manera sigo haciéndolo porque me gusta y he comprendido que es muy beneficioso, algo que todos los que corremos ya conocemos.
Está semana al correr me sentí un poco pesada y no tuve un ritmo muy bueno, es más estuve por encima de lo que siempre corro pero pienso que también es por el cansancio acumulado de la semana.
He estado yendo por el aeropuerto, he querido tomar otras rutas pero no me atrevo, quizás porque ya estoy acostumbrada y me siento bastante cómoda corriendo por la misma ruta.
Está semana será súper full para mí con las clases pero me haré un tiempito para seguir entrenando y no abandonar mis rutinas que son muy favorables, pero trataré de hacerlo en las mañanas.

Greetings, fellow runners in this active community! It's a pleasure to say hello and share my training routine with you, which I've been following to keep racking up kilometers for both my health and my progress in this hive run club.
As has been the case lately, I haven't been able to run in the mornings 😔, which has made it difficult for me to achieve better distances.
I've only been running in the late afternoon because I haven't been able to in the mornings. That's why I've been running between 5, 6, and 8 kilometers when my usual distance is 10 km.
This has been affecting me because my evening or late afternoon runs are very difficult, not only because of the chores that exhaust me, but also because that's when I have the least energy left to run.
Even so, I keep doing it because I like it and I understand that it's very beneficial, something that all of us who run already know.
This week, when I ran, I felt a little heavy and didn't have a very good pace. In fact, I was above what I usually run, but I think that's also because of the accumulated fatigue from the week.
I've been going to the airport, and I've wanted to take other routes, but I don't dare, perhaps because I'm already used to it and feel quite comfortable running the same route.
This week will be super busy for me with classes, but I'll make some time to continue training and not abandon my routines, which are very beneficial, but I'll try to do it in the mornings.
