Cumaná is renowned for its beautiful sunsets, stunning beaches, and the warmth of its people. Historically, our city is also recognized as the first city founded by Spanish colonizers on the American continent. Likewise, Cumaná is the birthplace of great illustrious figures and heroes of independence, such as Antonio José de Sucre, the great Marshal of Ayacucho, a political and military leader and hero of South American independence.
Cumaná es reconocida por sus hermosos atardeceres, sus hermosas playas y el calor humano de su gente, históricamente nuestra ciudad es también reconocida como la primogénita del continente al ser la primera ciudad fundada por los colonizadores (españoles) en tierras del continente americano. Así mismo, Cumaná es la cuna de grandes ilustres y próceres de la independencia como Antonio José de Sucre el gran Mariscal de Ayacucho, un líder político y militar prócer de la independencia Sudamérica.
The festivities of yesteryear, "nights of yesteryear," were extraordinary for me because I always participated in these events, but this year I dedicated myself to making several nighttime visits to the fortress of San Antonio de la Eminencia Castle, and I was left with the impression of a lifetime as I observed the majesty of the city from the viewpoints. This tour was truly enjoyable, and honestly, the castle is already quite impressive during the day, but at night it is completely enigmatic.
Las festividades de antaño "noches de antaño" fueron para mi extraordinarias porque siempre participó en estos eventos pero este año me dediqué a hacerle varias visitas nocturnas a la fortaleza del castillo San Antonio de la Eminencia y me llevé la impresión de mi vida al observar toda la majestuosidad de la ciudad desde los miradores. Vaya que fue grato este recorrido y sinceramente el castillo de día ya de por si es bastante imponente, pero de noche es completamente enigmático.
The view of the city in all its splendor is truly romantic, causing a feeling of indescribable peace and happiness. Honestly, I was walking with my partner and my little one, holding hands as we climbed, and I couldn't stop thinking that this was the best date I had had with my family since my son was born. Cumaná, from the fortress of San Antonio de la Eminencia, shines like a rough diamond waiting to be appreciated.
La vista de la ciudad en todo su esplendor es verdaderamente romántica, causa una sensación de paz y felicidad indescriptible, sinceramente iba con mi pareja y mi pequeño tomados de las manos mientras subíamos y en mi mente no dejaba de pensar que esta era la mejor cita que había tenido con mi familia desde que nació mi hijo, Cumaná desde la fortaleza de San Antonio de la Eminencia brilla como un diamante en bruto deseado ser apreciado.
