El día de hoy prepare El sándwich favorito de mi papá y él estuvo muy feliz entonces Quiero compartir esta receta con ustedes para que ustedes la prueben sus casas espero les encante.
Today I prepared my dad's favorite sandwich and he was very happy so I want to share this recipe with you so you can try it at home.
los ingredientes que van a necesitar para elaborar este delicioso sándwich son:

1.- pan de perro caliente.
2.- un aguacate.
3.- queso rallado.
4.- carne mechada.
5.- mostaza.
6.- mayonesa.
7.- mantequilla.
8.- sal al gusto.

5.- mustard.
6.- mayonnaise.

Bueno primero tomamos nuestro pan de perro y lo abrimos por la mitad con un cuchillo,y le colocamos mantequilla y mostaza.
Well first we take our dog bread and we open it in half with a knife, and we put butter and mustard on it.
Luego le colocamos mayonesa y sheeswe o queso fundido.
Then we add mayonnaise and sheeswe or melted cheese.
luego tomamos el Aguacate lo pelamos y lo cortamos en pequeñas tiras.
Then we take the avocado, peel it and cut it into small strips.
Luego tomamos nuestro pan y le introducimos la carne mechada de res que yo tenía previamente preparada en mi refrigerador Y el aguacate que acabamos de picar.
Then we took our bread and introduced the beef lard I had previously prepared in my refrigerator AND the avocado we just chopped.
Luego de eso tomamos nuestros sandwich y lo colocamos a la plancha a fuego medio de cada lado para que nos quede doradito.
After that we take our sandwich and place it on the griddle at medium heat on each side so that it is golden.
cuando nuestro pan ya esté caliente lo retiramos de la plancha.
when our bread is already hot we remove it from the plate.
Y por último le colocamos queso rallado por encima y Entonces ya está listo nuestro delicioso sandwich favorito de mi papá.
And finally we put grated cheese on top and then it's ready for our delicious dad's favorite sandwich.
Ya podemos disfrutarlo y comernoslo en cualquier momento del día.
Now we can enjoy it and eat it at any time of the day.
