El día de ayer tuve un delicioso almuerzo con mi familia donde pudimos disfrutar y pasar tiempo juntos con esta deliciosa y hermosa comida, entonces quise compartir el día de hoy con ustedes el proceso de está comida que nos hizo pasar un agradable momento en familia y el paso a paso de cómo la elaboramos.
Yesterday I had a delicious lunch with my family where we could enjoy and spend time together with this delicious and beautiful food, so I wanted to share with you today the process of this food that made us spend a pleasant family moment and the step by step of how we made it.
Bueno lo que hicimos primero fue la ensalada.
Well what we did first was the salad.
los ingredientes que van a necesitar para elaborar la ensalada son los siguientes:
1.- aguantes
2.- tomates
3.- aceite.
4.- vinagre.
5.- sal.
the ingredients you will need to make the salad are the following:

2.- tomatoes
3.- OIL.
4.- vinegar.
5.- salt.

Primero tomamos un cuchillo y pelamos el aguacate lo cortamos en pedacitos y los colocamos en una taza grande, después tomamos el tomate y lo picamos en trocitos pequeños y los agregamos en la misma taza de aguacate.
First we take a knife and peel the avocado, cut it into small pieces and place them in a large cup, then we take the tomato and chop it into small pieces and add them in the same cup of avocado.
Seguido de esto le agregamos un chorrito de vinagre y un chorrito de aceite y la sal al gusto.

Bueno amigos de Hive ya que tenemos lista nuestra ensalada procedemos a colocar en la plancha nuestra carne en este caso yo utilice solomo de cuerito.

y cuando la carne esté dorada y bien cocida por un lado la volteamos.

Después de colocar a la plancha nuestra carne procedemos a lavar nuestros chorizos y los colocamos a la plancha
Luego de estar volteando nuestros chorizos los picamos por la mitad para que queden bien cocidos.

Cuando la carne y los chorizos este listos procedemos a picar los para servir los en los platos.

Ahora para acompañar nuestras carnes hacemos una sabrosa pasta.

y cuando ya tengamos listo los chorizos la carne y la pasta procedemos a servir todo en los platos para degustarlo.
