Ingredients:
For the cake mix:
- Egg, 1.
- Wheat flour, 1 and 1/4 cups.
- Liquid milk, 1/2 cup.
- Sugar, 1 cup.
- Oil, 1/4.
- Vanilla to taste.
- Cocoa powder, 1/2 cup.
- Samba, quantity 1.
Ingredients for the outer meringue of the cake:
- Butter without salt, 150 grams,
- Glass sugar, 150 grams.
- Essence of chocolate.
For decoration:
- Golden card type letter. for reindeer ears.
- Cardboard or red paper, for the nose.
- Eyes, black cardboard.
Note: You can get the molds from the internet.
Preparation of the cake
Add the egg with the sugar, beat until integrated, then add the oil, sift the flour, add milk, and cocoa, we alternate between flour and sifted cocoa and adding the milk, mix in an enveloping way, and add the pieces of samba . This samba will give you a unique touch.
We take it to the oven or place it in the kitchen , and we check that it is ready, with a toothpick, until it comes out dry.
Note: If you have coffee, when cooling the cake, make small holes in the tiorta and add a little coffee on top, so that its flavor is much more delicious.
For the outer cream
With a whisk, we integrate the butter and sugar, and after that, the essence and voila, when it is creamy and without lumps it will be ready.
Note: To apply it on the cake, you can use the preference nozzle, for the shape you want to give to the reindeer design.
