- 100Ml of vegetable oil

Finalmente lo que haremos es hornear por 45 minutos aproximadamente en nuestro horno, a 400°.
The first thing we are going to do is make our cake, mixing our egg whites with a pinch of salt. In this case, I beat them with the help of a whisk, in a glass container, in the shape of a globe, in about 4 minutes they quickly rise and are in a snow point. Later, in another container, mix the yellow ones with the sugar that I was adding little by little logically and once mixed I added the oil or butter depending on what they have at home, taking into account that if we add oil it must be in the form of a thread to prevent our preparation from crystallizing. Since they are quite united and in a creamy texture, what we will do is add the wheat flour by cups, since they are integrated, we add the water with the liquid coffee. Once all the ingredients have been mixed and integrated. We will add the coffee powder directly into the mix if you wish. Then we will incorporate the whites previously beaten into the mixture. Once ready, what we will do is pour the mixture into a floured tray. Trying to pour it in a balanced way so that its cooking is uniform.
Finally what we will do is bake for approximately 45 minutes in our oven, at 400 °.
