I had the chance to experience the excitement of a climbing competition called Rock Rally. I didn't compete in the competition, as I was still learning, but I had many opportunities to climb over the weekend event.
Each participant must complete as many climbs as possible and the points are added up at the end of the day according to the difficulty level of each climb.
I was able to take my time on some of the easier crags, as the competitors were trying to rack up points on the more challenging ones.
Some were there to compete, but many of the climbers prefer a more relaxed pace.
