Feliz noche amigos. Hoy les voy a enseñar el paso a paso de una deliciosa torta que prepare para mí querida amiga Hive account@karenb54 está torta es una deliciosa torta de banana especiada con canela y decorada con merengue italiano de parchita.

• Good night friends. Today I am going to show you the step by step of a delicious cake that I prepare for my dear friend Hive account@karenb54 this cake is a delicious banana cake spiced with cinnamon and decorated with Italian passion fruit meringue.

Para hacer está torta necesitamos los siguientes ingredientes:

• 6 huevos.

• 4 tazas de harina de trigo.

• 2 tazas de azúcar.

• 1 taza de mantequilla.

• 1 taza de leche.

• 2 bananas.

• 1 cucharada de canela.

• To make this cake we need the following ingredients:

• 6 eggs.

• 4 cups of wheat flour.

• 2 cups of sugar.

• 1 cup of butter.

• 1 cup of milk.

• 2 bananas.

• 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

Vamos a comenzar batiendo una taza de mantequilla y una taza de azúcar. La otra taza de azúcar la vamos a utilizar más adelante.

• Let's start beating a cup of butter and a cup of sugar. We will use the other cup of sugar later.

Vamos a separar las claras y las yemas.

• We are going to separate the whites and the yolks.

Luego de batir un rato la mantequilla y la azúcar vamos a agregar las yemas. E integramos bien.

A nuestra harina de trigo le vamos a agregar la cucharada de canela y así lo pasamos por un colador. Esto ayuda a quitar cualquier grumo y que se integre bien estos ingredientes secos.

Y ahora es el momento de agregar la harina y la canela a nuestra mezcla.

Las dos bananas la vamos a triturar bien y hacer un puré que vamos a agregar a la mezcla. La banana va a agregar mucha humedad a nuestra torta. Y el toque de esta con la canela es muy delicioso.

Y ahora de último vamos a agregar las claras. Que con la taza de azúcar que reservamos al principio, haremos un merengue esto ayuda a qué tengamos una torta más esponjosa.

Ahora vamos a hacer un merengue italiano. Pero en vez de colocar agua a nuestro almíbar vamos a colocar jugo de parchita. Esto le dará un gran sabor a nuestro merengue, para hacer el merengue necesitamos:

• 4 claras.

• 300 gr de azúcar.

• media taza de parchita.

• media cucharada de vinagre.

• Now we are going to make an Italian meringue. But instead of adding water to our syrup, we are going to add passion fruit juice. This will give our meringue a great flavor, to make the meringue we need:

• 4 clear.

• 300 gr of sugar.

• half a cup of passion fruit.

• half a tablespoon of vinegar.

Cuando ya nuestras claras las hemos batido bastante, es hora de agregar nuestro almíbar. Luego de agregar todo el almíbar vamos a agregar la media cucharada de vinagre y esperar hasta que nuestro merengue este a temperatura ambiente.

• When we have beaten our egg whites enough, it is time to add our syrup. After adding all the syrup we are going to add the half tablespoon of vinegar and wait until our meringue is at room temperature.

Y antes de terminar vamos a pintar el merengue de azul.

Aquí tenemos la torta y el merengue para comenzar a decorar y colocar las flores y letra.
