Rujak,
a traditional food which is usually made from a mixture of various kinds of vegetables or fruit and spiced with spices or sauce mixed with chilies. Rujak is easily found in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore and there it is called Rojak. -wikipedia
Because in Taiwan it is not easy to find similar ingredients like in Indonesia, so using ingredients available at home. But no matter of the taste remains the original characteristics of Rujak, savory, sweet and spicy. Let's check what's ingredients we need for making Rujak.
Ingredients

| • 1 medium Pomelo |
| • 1 apple |
| • 1 kiwi |
| • 20 grams of brown sugar |
| • 10 grams of cashews |
| • 4 chili |
| • ½ tsp salt |
How to make :
• Peel Pomelo, slice apples, kiwi and chili, then roughly mash cashews.
• Cook brown sugar in 30ml of water, after the brown sugar melts, let it cool and strain.
• Mix Pomelo, apple, kiwi, and chili. Add ½ teaspoon salt. Then add the coarsely ground cashews.
• Pour the brown sugar sauce, then mix well.
• Store in the refrigerator so that the flavor of the sauce is absorbed.
• Very delicious when eaten cold because it tastes more fresh.
