Pumpkin, the orange colour with the soft taste. Rich with fiber, protein & carbohydrates, can be processed into any snack. This time I want to share a recipe for making pumpkin cake with chocolate chip and cheese topping.
Pumpkin rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin, potassium, copper and manganese, and thamin, B6, folate, pantothenic acid, niacin, iron, magnesium and phosphorus.
INGREDIENTS

| • 250 grams of steamed pumpkin |
| • 200 grams wheat flour |
| • 200 grams of sugar |
| • 4 whole eggs |
| • 1 sachet of condensed milk |
| • 1 tsp emulsifier SP |
| • 1/2 tsp Baking powder |
| • 200 grams of Margarine |
| • Cheese for topping |
| • Chocolate Chips for topping |
DIRECTIONS
• Peel pumpkin, cut into medium size, steam, and mash and mix with condensed milk
• Mix sugar, eggs, SP emulsifier, baking powder and mixer on low speed to medium until thickened.
• Then add the flour little by little while the mixer is on low speed.
• Combine the melted margarine and pumpkin that has been mashed, mix well using a spatula.
• Pour the batter on the pan (which has been greased with margarine and coated with flour). Add chocolate chips as a topping.
• Bake in the oven over medium heat for ± 45 minutes (using traditional oven). Pierce it with a fork to make sure it is completely cooked or not.
• After cooked, turn off the oven remove cake from oven, let it cool and sprinkle with grated cheese.
