As it's name is vegetables Sandwich it is made up of vegetables and crumbled cheese only. Sandwich are everyone's favourite, it is easy to make as compare to traditional breakfast of india like stuffed paratha, poha, idli sambhar n many other. This Sandwich is very colourful n tempting too and you can prepared the stuffing in night and make your sandwich in morning only in 5 min Your love ones gonna love this sandwich. Ingredients for 4 Sandwiches š„Ŗš
ā 1/4 grated carrot š„
ā 2 tablespoon finely chopped capsicum š„¦
ā 1 small chopped onion
ā 2 tablespoon grated paneer(cheese) š§
ā 1 teaspoon oregano š„
ā salt to taste š
ā 1 tablespoon butter
ā 8 slices bread š

ā Mix all the ingredients very well.
ā Now butter the bread slices, spread the mixture on bread, than cover it with another bread slice, grill with in a griller or toasted.
now your sandwich is ready to serve, pair it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
