Method
Mix Boiled Potatoes with Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Corriander, Green Chillies, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder and Black Pepper Powder in a bowl
Cut the boiled eggs in four slices and wrap the mixture around the boiled egg and make an oval shape cutlet.
First, roll the cutlet in flour then in beaten egg and at the end in bread crumbs.
Fry it in oil till golden brown.
