Can there be anything more exquisite than a homemade lunch?.... the theme of flavours has been a wonderful experience in my life, I keep many traditions when it comes to cooking and I never forget the delicate flavour and soft texture of my grandmother's food, those experiences I had as a child I repeat them daily with my children and nephews.... I always make baked chicken for the whole family, what varies are the ingredients, sometimes I add olives, almost always I add potatoes and carrots, there is a time of the year that I am obsessed with adding paprika to everything, I always add oregano and garlic... there are ingredients that are special to me and to add them to my baked chicken depends on my mood: mustard, Worcestershire sauce, beer, orange juice, honey, prunes, capers and some others that I can't remember at the moment.

Puede haber algo más exquisito que un almuerzo casero?... el tema de los sabores ha sido una experiencia maravillosa en mi vida, conservo muchas tradiciones a la hora de cocinar y jamás olvido el delicado sabor y suave textura de la comida de mi abuela, esas experiencias que tuve de niña las repito a diario con mis hijos y sobrinos... siempre hago pollo horneado para toda la familia, lo que varía son los ingredientes pues aveces le coloco aceitunas, casi siempre coloco papas y zanahorias, hay una época del año que me obsesiona agregarle pimentón a todo , siempre añado orégano y ajo... hay ingredientes que suelen ser especiales para mi y pará ser agregarlos a mi pollo horneado dependen de mi estado de ánimo : la mostaza, salsa inglesa, cerveza, jugo de naranja, miel , ciruela pasa alcaparras y algún otro que no recuerde en este momento.
