Que tal hiver? Ayer fue el día del padre, y para honrar a papá, realice una pequeña pequeña torta mármoleada como a él le gusta para disfrutarla junto a una taza de café.
Es tiempo de cuarentena y aún en casa compartimos esta pequeña cake.
What about you, hiver? Yesterday was the father's day, and to honor dad, I made a small little cake marbled as he likes to enjoy it next to a cup of coffee.
It's quarantine time but we still share this little cake at home.
Usé:
- una taza de mantequilla.
- una taza de azúcar.
- 2 huevos.
- 2 tazas de harina.
- un vaso de leche.
- un poco de vainilla.
I used:
- A cup of butter.
- a cup of sugar.
- 2 eggs.
- 2 cups flour.
- a glass of milk.
- a little vanilla.
Mezclamos la mantequilla y la azúcar hasta lograr una mezcla homogénea. Agregamos los huevos y mezclamos. Luego, agregamos la harina alternado con la leche y por último, un poco de vainilla.
Llevamos al horno previamente precalentado a 150°C, por 35 minutos.

We mix the butter and sugar until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. We add the eggs and mix. Then we add the flour alternating with the milk and finally, a little vanilla.
We brought the oven pre-heated at 150°C for 35 minutes.
