Well, the materials you have to buy or prepare are certainly very cheap and you can buy them at the supermarket near your house. The ingredients you have to prepare are sweetened condensed milk sachets, cocoa powder, milo sachets and also mineral water. Yes, that's all you have to prepare and you can make your own chocolate truffles at home. Now let's start with the first step of making chocolate truffles.
The first step, what you have to do first to make chocolate truffles is, prepare a pan and cook 2 or 3 sachets of sweetened condensed milk over low heat, cook the sweetened condensed milk until the edges of the milk froth.
The second step, after the edges of the milk have frothed, now all you have to add to the pan is 1 tablespoon of mineral water. Then stir again the milk until the milk changes the texture to a liquid.
The third step, after the milk has changed the texture to liquid, now transfer the milk into a small bowl and strain the 60 grams of cocoa powder into a bowl that has been filled with milk previously. After that, stir the milk along with the cocoa powder until well blended.
The fourth step, after the milk and cocoa powder have been mixed well, now add 2 milo sachets, if you think the texture is still liquid, you can add 1 more milo sachet into the dough. Then stir continuously until the milo is evenly mixed with the dough.
Well, you can see the photo above, you have to stir the chocolate until the chocolate texture turns very thick like the photo above. Very easy isn't it? Just a few more steps you can make your own chocolate truffles at home for your family or friends. Now let's move on to the next step.
The fifth step, after you have finished stirring the chocolate dough until it turns into the texture drawn earlier, now prepare 1 place and put a plastic base in that place, then put all the chocolate dough into the place you have given the base. Then cover the dough by using the cover of the place.
The sixth step, after you have put the chocolate dough in a place that has been given a plastic base, now put the dough in the refrigerator and chill the truffles for about 3 hours so that the chocolate is completely frozen and cold.
The last step, after you have cooled the chocolate for about 3 hours, now take all the chocolate using a spoon and put it on a plate. Then, you can shape as you like and sprinkle milo according to your wishes.
And finally, after all the chocolate has been sprinkled with milo, now you can enjoy your own chocolate truffles at home with your family and friends. The taste is very good and quite sweet, the texture of chocolate truffles is very elastic and if you put it in the refrigerator again, the chocolate truffles will harden like candy.
