Well, so today Ema and I will share a very soft bread recipe and it is said that this bread comes from Japan, I don't know enough about this recipe, Ema and I got this recipe from one of my friends. for those of you who like this milk bread, just read the recipe below until it's finished and don't forget to give suggestions under this post. good luck Hivers!
Well, the ingredients you need to make these milk buns are inexpensive and you can get them at the nearest supermarket. The first ingredient you have to prepare is margarine, various colors of food coloring to your liking, powdered milk, salt, yeast, sweetened condensed milk, wheat flour and mineral water. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making milk buns. You can replace the brands of the ingredients above with brands available in your country.
the first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 350 grams of high protein flour, 35 grams of sugar, 1 sachet of milk powder or about 15 grams and also 5 grams of yeast. Next, stir the dry mixture until well blended.
the second step, after the dry mixture has been stirred until well blended, now all you have to do is add 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk and 170 ml of mineral water. then, knead the dough by using until well blended and half smooth by using your hands. You can also use a mixer for this step if you have a mixer.
the third step, after you have kneaded the dough or dough mixer until it is well mixed and half smooth, now all you have to add to the dough is 40 grams of margarine and 4 grams of salt. Then, knead again by hand until well blended and smooth.
the fourth step, after the dough is very smooth and well mixed, now all you have to do is cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes depending on your room temperature.
the fifth step, after the dough has been closed for 30 minutes, now prepare the work mat and apply cooking oil evenly on the work mat so that the dough does not stick. then, cut the dough into 4 parts like the photo above and round the dough.
the sixth step, after the dough has been cut into 4 parts, now all you have to do is give enough dye to your liking on the dough and knead the dough until the dough changes color. You can use a mixer so that the dye doesn't stick to your hands.
the seventh step, after the dough has finished given the color according to your wishes, now all you have to do is close the dough again and rest for about 15 minutes.
the eighth step, after the dough has been tutuo for 15 minutes, now cut each dough with a different color into several parts like the photo above and round all the dough like the photo above.
the ninth step, after the dough has been cut again into several parts, now prepare a baking sheet and put baking paper in the pan, then arrange the dough into the pan like the photo above or according to your wishes. Cover the dough again with a clean cloth for 30 minutes so that the dough slightly expanded than before.
the tenth step, after the dough looks a little more fluffy than before, now all you have to do is sprinkle flour on top of the dough using a sieve until well blended.
The last step, all you have to do now is prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 10 minutes. then, after the oven has started to heat up, put the pan into the oven and bake the dough at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius, with top and bottom fire for 35 to 40 minutes according to the oven you are using.
and finally, Japanese milk buns can be enjoyed together with your family and friends. The taste is quite unique and not too sweet, this bread is very delicious when eaten with warm tea or hot milk in the morning.
