well, the ingredients for making this bread are certainly very easy to get and very cheap, you can get all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, margarine, powdered milk, almonds, yeast, sugar, pineapple jam, salt, strawberry jam and milk jam. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making this bread dough.
the first step, what you have to do is as usual to make bread, first prepare a place and put 15 tablespoons of flour, half a tablespoon of yeast, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk and 5 tablespoons of sugar. After that, stir the dry mixture until well blended.
the second step, after the dry dough has been mixed well, now all you have to add is enough water into the dough or you can use liquid milk to make it better. Then, knead the dough using a mixer or hand until the dough is half smooth.
the third step, after the dough is half smooth, now all you have to do is add 2 tablespoons of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt. Then, knead the dough again using only your hands until the dough is really smooth.
the fourth step, after the dough is very soft and smooth, now all you have to do is as usual cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes depending on your room temperature.
the fifth step, after the dough has been rested for 30 minutes, now what you have to do first is to prepare a work mat and sprinkle flour on the work mat so that the dough doesn't stick. Then, put the dough on the work mat and cut the dough into several pieces like the photo Next, round up all the dough that you have cut until it's finished.
the sixth step, after all the dough has been rounded, now prepare a rolling pin and flatten the dough like the photo above. repeat this step until all the dough has been flattened to the size like the photo above.
seventh step, after the dough has been flattened, now all you have to do is roll the dough and paste it at the end of the roll until it's really tight. repeat this step until you have rolled all the dough.
the eighth step, after the dough is finished, now all you have to do is prepare a baking sheet and cover the pan with baking paper. Then, arrange the dough at a distance that is not too tight and cover the dough with a clean cloth for about 20 minutes depending on your room temperature. .
ninth step, after the dough has doubled, now all you have to do is prepare the oven and preheat the oven for a few minutes. for 25 to 30 minutes depending on the oven you are using.
tenth step, after the dough has been baked for 30 minutes, now all you have to do is fry the almonds for a few minutes until both sides change color.
the last step, after the almonds have been roasted for a few minutes, now all you have to do is spread the pineapple jam on the top of the bread evenly and sprinkle the almonds to your liking.
and finally, the pineapple jam with almond nut topping you can eat with your family and friends. it tastes very good and the bread jam melts on the bread. my whole family really likes this bread and you can also sell this bread to your city.
