The Gaugan AI Contest on Hive - Week 29 | O Concurso Gaugan IA no Hive - Semana 29
My drawing was created using the software, Nvidia GauGAN. This week's drawing represents an old house that is almost about to fall.
The software generates photorealistic imagery from basic brush strokes. You can add various elements, i.e. buildings, grounds, landscape, and plants. The program takes your basic drawing strokes and apply them to a blank canvas.
The basic strokes you produce will look weird until the program interprets the strokes, then creates a photo from an inventory of backgrounds you choose.
Below is the image of my basic brush strokes. I'm really pleased with the dilapidated house brush strokes.

This version of the effects was the only of the two I attempted that turned out decent enough to see the house structure. The other filters rendered the house too dark to view. This effect produced a gray colored house.
This version produced a more brownish color for the house and looked realistic as though it really were an abandoned home in the woods. I love the way the program interpreted the surrounding bushes, grass, and trees. Seems like the house is located off the beaten path in the woods. It does have a fence still standing, though.
